Order processing

Q: When should I expect my order? 

A: For online orders of ready to ship items, please allow up to 48 business hours to process and provide an update notification regarding order status or tracking information.   Once your order ships, standard delivery is 1-5 business days for domestic locations, 6-10 business days for international locations.   Order processing times may be slightly extended during holiday and peak seasons. In observance of Chinese New Year, our standard six to eight week production lead time of Special Order apparel may be extended. Online orders placed mid-January to mid-February are estimated to ship by end of March.

Q: I made a purchase of a pre-order item, when will it be ready to ship?

A: Please check the published lead time for this item as they can vary from product to product. An automated tracking notification will be sent to the email address provided when placing the pre-order.

Q: I made a mistake when placing my order. Can I cancel or change my order?

A:  Once an online order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or changed.  You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 business days of delivery confirmation.  

Q:  Are you closed for the holidays?

A:  Our business offices and distribution center are closed on the following days:
  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day
  • Day after Christmas


Our friendly Customer Experience team will return all phone calls and emails upon returning to the office within 24-48 hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for our order processing and shipping teams to process returns/exchanges and outgoing shipments upon return.

Q:  I would like to purchase an item that is no longer on your website.  Will it be restocked?

A: We’re constantly innovating, releasing new products and occasionally re-stock best-sellers and must-have items.  Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for timely updates, announcements and product sneak peeks so you’ll be one of the firsts to know when new and re-stocked merchandise is available.

Q: Where else can I purchase TOD Pro Shop merchandise?

A: Come shop from a wide selection of apparel (perfect for athletes, parents, supports, friends and fans) in person at our gym.



Return and exchange policy

At Topic of Discussion, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, we also recognize that sometimes returns are necessary. Our Return Policy page outlines our online order return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers.

**Please note: Upon receiving any item(s) for return/exchange they will be inspected.  Should the returned merchandise be evaluated as unreturnable, a member of the Customer Experience team will contact you and the item(s) will be returned to you.

Q: How do I return items that are purchased online?

A: Send your inquiry by filling out the Contact Form at the bottom of this page.  A team member will contact you within 48 business hours of submission to provide further instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.
